Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: • Cancellations made more than 3 days/ 72 hours before the scheduled session – No cancellation fee. Your deposit can be transferred to a future session during the same calendar year. • Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled session require a new deposit to reschedule. Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 72 hours before the session. Any additional reschedules may require a new deposit. The turnaround time for photos is 5-7 business days. Turnaround time for videos is 7-10 business days. Faster turnaround times can be requested with for an additional fee.
